This is a training community for adults who show up for each other. These rules apply to posts, comments, stories, live chat and messages. Break them and your content comes down. Break them badly and your account goes with it.
Every post, comment, story and chat message has a Report control. Reports go straight to our team, who look at them by hand and act as soon as they can. Photos and videos wait in a queue for a person on our team to look at before anyone else sees them, so there can be a wait. The person you report is never told who reported them.
You can block any member yourself. Blocking hides you from each other everywhere in the app and stops them commenting on your posts or sending you a training partner request. Manage your block list in Settings.
Written content is checked against a list of abusive terms before it posts. That filter catches obvious abuse, not everything. Photos and videos are reviewed when reported, not scanned automatically, so please do report anything that does not belong here.
We remove content that breaks these rules and we remove repeat offenders. You can delete your own account and data at any time from Settings.
Email and tell us what happened. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
